橡木桶LOGO-01從1991年台灣省菸酒公賣局開放威士忌進口,即開啟橡木桶洋酒代理酒類的序幕。1993年橡木桶洋酒有限公司正式成立,接著橡木桶洋酒量販連鎖第一家門市松江總店成立,至今橡木桶洋酒三十一家批發型門市已遍佈北、中、南,成為全國最大的洋酒量販連鎖店。

橡木桶洋酒成立至今,雖曾歷經金融風暴,但仍然毅立不搖,甚至更加茁壯。而為了配合市場競爭環境,橡木桶洋酒已在1999年正式將公司組織,從有限公司更改為股份有限公司,並積極推動旗下門市轉型為分公司,讓橡木桶洋酒的事業更為壯大。

橡木桶洋酒量販連鎖是全國最大的洋酒進口業者,從成立之初,即秉持「管理第一、銷售第二」之原則來經營。「專業」與「服務」是我們並重的目標,所以提昇員工素質,加強教育訓練更是我們積極努力的課題,唯有充實本身的專業能力,才能提供消費者正確的酒類知識。而促進台灣品酒文化的提升,亦是橡木桶洋酒一直堅持的方針,我們希望以健康為取向,導正國人乾杯的飲酒習慣,建立起藝術化的品酒風氣。

About Teeling

The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years and will bring the craft of distilling back into the very heart of Dublin city centre. Our new distillery is right back where we started in 1782 and only a stone’s throw away from where Walter Teeling’s old distillery was. Located in an ancient market square called Newmarket, an area long associated with brewing and distilling, our new distillery is a three copper pot still operation reviving the traditional style of Dublin whiskey distillation.

Our philosophy is that while we are respectful to the rich provenance and heritage of Irish whiskey, as a new generation of Irish whiskey makers we are confident to forge a new future for Dublin and Irish whiskey. Our distillery will be open for visitors in 2015 allowing you to come see, smell and experience a real operational distillery and interact with the people making Teeling whiskey.

About Springbank

Being based in Campbeltown, the once proclaimed ‘whisky capital of the world’, it is no surprise that many of the methods established by our forefathers are still applied in the distillery today.

Our team use traditional production methods and are involved in each and every step of the whisky making process – meaning our whisky is the most handmade in Scotland. Unlike any other distillery in the country, 100% of this process is carried out here on one site, giving us unrivalled control over the quality of the whisky.

Passion and skill are poured into every last drop during production; ensuring whisky drinkers consistently enjoy the tastes and characteristics that have become synonymous with Springbank, Hazelburn and Longrow, the three distinct single malts made at our distillery.

1828年,蘇格蘭古老釀酒家族Mitchell家族選定蘇格蘭西南半島的坎培爾鎮創立雲頂(Springbank)酒廠,運用當地甘甜潔淨的Crosshill湖水種麥、製酒,擷取豐富大麥與泥煤,熔鑄成口感強勁複雜、飽滿厚重且帶有海水、泥煤及油脂香的作品。為追求道地,在其他酒廠為了節費多半仰賴機械化的今日,雲頂仍不惜成本堅持100%人工翻麥、地板發芽,鋪在石質地板上的大麥透過工人24小時輪班翻攪抛動,在最平衡的時間及溫度下發芽、糖化,品質遠超過一般機械量產麥芽,縱觀全蘇格蘭只剩7間酒廠仍堅持此道。

此外,這間蘇格蘭唯一一家從生產麥芽、蒸餾、陳年到裝瓶皆自給自足的大型酒廠,傳承近200年至今,旗下威士忌自發酵、蒸餾到儲存,幾乎採取全手工方式打造,更堅持不冷凝過濾、不加焦糖著色,維繫最正統的蘇格蘭威士忌風味。2010年,雲頂酒廠不負眾望,以堅強實力勇奪「2010年度最佳蒸餾廠」肯定,榮譽實至名歸!

雲頂也是蘇格蘭唯一一家可游刃有餘的生產三種風格各異單一麥芽威士忌的酒廠;旗下朗格羅(Longrow)於1973年開始蒸餾,1997年赫佐本(Hazelburn)接著復工,加上原有的雲頂,三者分別嚴守不同的烘烤、蒸餾次數製酒,展現獨立深刻的個性。

Arran

Isle of Arran is known as ‘Scotland in miniature’, as it shares some of the characteristics of Highlands and Lowlands, the mainland and the Western Isles. Arran distillery applying traditional methods of distillation in a modern context is evidently not new to the island’s rich history of distillation, however it is the first legal distillery in more than one hundred years.

Access to pure water from Loch na Davie and high-quality selected Scottish barley are essential to the beautiful liquid we make, and while we’re proud of our heritage, we make distinctly modern whiskies working on new expressions by hand, eye, nose, and palate.

About Benromach

Independently owned by a family with whisky in its heart and soul, Benromach was lovingly brought back to life over the following five years. Guiding every step of the way was the family’s unique vision of reviving the old traditional of distilling to save the classic taste of Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. A taste almost lost to the world forever; A taste rediscovered.

甜美的花果香,散發著泥煤煙燻香氣,經典的斯佩賽威士忌,曾被喻為消失於世的工藝。1898年,Urquharts家族攜著祖先John在1915年留下的老酒桶,在斯佩賽建立了百樂門酒廠,世代傳遞下來對威士忌的熱情,Urquharts給了百樂門酒廠一個截然不同的使命:重現1960年代前的經典風格「完美平衡的口感,伴隨獨特煙燻氣息。」

在1960年代為了要讓麥芽完全烘乾,隱藏在遙遠河谷當中的威士忌酒廠使用當地開採的泥煤補足稀罕的煤炭,清柔的酒體也不多不少地綴上一絲煙燻。1960年代中期,光明正大的麥芽廠燃燒著源源不絕的煤炭,斯佩賽煙燻便也日漸被沖淡。在威士忌大廠無不追求更多更大的產量的同時,百樂門酒廠仍然守著最質樸且腳踏實地的釀造工法。Romach Hills流淌著的經過千年時光與層層砂岩花崗岩床歷練而完璧無暇的Chapelton Spring泉水孕育著酒廠的酵母和麥芽應運而生柔美平衡、煙燻淡抹的Benromach單一麥芽威士忌。純手工的Benromach威士忌不只是純手工,更是門精湛工藝,三位釀酒師使用感官打造獨一無二的威士忌協奏:空氣中飄散的酒香、酒液蒸餾時的聲響,跟隨著任何一丁點的變化調整步伐,甚至展現高超的手工抽取酒心技藝。如首席釀酒師Keith所說:「通往完美沒有捷徑。」手工的溫度才是讓威士忌從始至終保有純真、保有靈魂的關鍵。

Nomad Outland Whisky

NOMAD is a whisky born and aged in Scotland –and eventually refined in Jerez. Its unique double aging process makes it a true rarity. NOMAD OUTLAND WHISKY is one of the most special González Byass distillates: an innovative whisky representing a complete renewal in the sector. NOMAD breaks the rules of whisky and marks a turnabout in the traditional production process.

NOMAD is a premium blended whisky made from 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, in the Scottish Highlands. These whiskies age for between 5 and 8 years and spend the last 3 blending together in butts previously soaked in oloroso. The blend then travels to Jerez, where it refines for a minimum of 12 months in casks freshly seasoned with Pedro Ximénez, in the Nomad cellar of the González Byass wineries.

This way, every drop of NOMAD reflects the character and purity of the Scottish Highlands, as well as the soul of the warm, humid plains of Jerez.

The people behind the making of NOMAD are Luis Miguel Trillo –González Byass’ Master Distiller– together with Antonio Flores –the winemaker of the house– and Master Blender Richard Paterson. All three agree that this has been one of the most interesting and challenging projects in their careers. To obtain the best fining in Jerez, they carried out several tests by aging whisky in barrels that had previously contained fino, oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. They finally chose the casks soaked in Pedro Ximénez for their excellent performance. The sweetness of wood, along with the character of the Pedro Ximénez grape variety, make NOMAD a true rarity.

At first sight, it is amber-coloured with very bright reflections; it has a very personal aroma, with notes of malt and nuances of wood and sherry. The palate is soft and elegant: the flavour of raisins and honey stands out, as well as an unmistakable bouquet acquired through its fining process in barrels previously soaked in Pedro Ximénez. Finally, it has a long, pleasant finish, with hints of vanilla and raisined nuts. In short: a very elegant whisky with a deep aftertaste.

Presented in 2014 in Taiwan –second market in the world in per capita consumption of whisky– NOMAD OUTLAND has been regarded as the second most innovative world release, according to “The Spirits Business”, the trade magazine specialising in distillates.

Nomad 雪莉雙桶威士忌融合了蘇格蘭與西班牙獨特風味與香氣,以一杯酒演繹極致完美的奏鳴曲。來自蘇格蘭高地開闊不羈的天生性格,運用全新觀念,帶領西班牙Nomad雪莉雙桶威士忌展開一趟旅程。自故鄉蘇格蘭出發,於溫暖濕潤的西班牙赫雷斯平原落腳,沉浸在當地美好宜人的自然氛圍之中,造就出兼具蘇格蘭精淬本質以及赫雷斯純釀靈魂的完美酒款。
2014年6月González Byass酒莊推出全新概念,重新塑造並挑戰人們對威士忌的認知。首席調酒師Antonio Flores與屢獲大獎肯定的威士忌達人Richard Paterson攜手合作,運用了嶄新的概念,徹底翻轉傳統威士忌的製程,將威士忌的熟成階段移師到西班牙南部的赫雷斯(Jerez)地區,透過於頂級Pedro Ximénez雪莉酒桶中陳釀,與安放在González Byass大教堂般的酒窖當中,吸收獨一無二的大地精華,粹練出此夢幻逸品的誕生。
